Becoming a member of The Valet Male Grooming is to become a member of a sophisticated establishment.
Membership will gain you access to our online booking system whereby you will be able to book an appointment with the Barber of your choice whilst on your PC at work or even on the train whilst on your way home from work. Every treatment received or product purchase completed will earn you one point for every £2.00 spent in store, which will then qualify you for a 15% discount or a free upgrade once you reach 100 points which you will then be able to redeem against in store product purchases or alternativly upgrade any hot towel facial to a deluxe treatment. Points must be redeemed in increments of 100 points at a time and cannot be carried over collectivley.
The Valet loyalty card
Becoming a member will also entitle you to attend our member’s only shaving nights held in store several times throughout the year by invitation only. You will receive your very own stylish credit card size loyalty card assigned with a unique member’s number, which is all you will need to quote every time you need to contact us. How do I find my loyalty points total?
Whilst reception will always do their best to remind you whether or not you have reached the redemption point, it is not always possible with such a busy counter. Please check your receipt which will show how many points you have accumulated to date, or simply ask the receptionist on duty what your points total is currently. This way you may qualify for an upgrade on your next visit, or will even be in a position to get a discount there and then if you are about to purchase some products from our sister supplies company.
Massive saving towards Signature & Hot Towel Treatments
Being a member with us does not only earn you points as you spend but this will also entitle you to a 10% discount on any Signature Treatment booked with us. We will even give you free upgrades to equal a discount of around 20% in exchange for 100 of your loyalty points. Reach 200 points and we will give you both an upgrade and a discount, so for instance book a Deluxe Signature worth £48.50 and we will instantly discount the bill by £10.00 to our Classic Signature rate by using up 100 points. We will then give you your usual 10% dicount off this price so you will only end up paying £34.65 for a Deluxe Signature, that’s a massive 30% off with added value.

Try a selection of three facials available in the Barber Shop, thats right no need to book in our treatment rooms for a facial, you can now have this done in salon. We have three available on our menu, a Deep Cleansing, a Collagen face lift and a Hydrating facial – great after a night out on the Beer, to replenish your skin and add back some moisture!

Why not book a 1 hour massage for the price of 1/2 half hour in our treatments rooms for the price of 200 points, or take a 25% discount off any 1 hour body treatment for 100 points.
Try some Hot Stones or a full body Swedish Massage – to include an Indian Head massage for an hour of pure relaxation. Bookings at weekends in our treatment rooms are high, so please remember to book your appointment early in the week to guarantee a slot.
