Improving efficiency and customer service
So from now on, when the shop reception is busy, there is no need for you to hang around waiting to be booked in, to loiter and inform reception that your details have changed or to hover politely to pay a bill when you’re actually in a bit of a rush (Been there? Ed.) No! We can now step in and do all of this for you on a super cool iPad, at times when the reception desk is busy.

So the next time you come in and you’re approached by a member of staff holding an iPad this is what it’s all about. We are constantly striving to find ways of making your visit to the Valet not only a more memorable experience, but also an effortless procedure. Want to pay your bill whilst in the barber chair and then walk strait out the door? Well now it can be done!
